Why does a device show on the radar?

The wireless scanner lists nearby Bluetooth and wireless devices. The signal indicator gets stronger as you move closer to the source.

Can Findy guarantee a room is clear?

No. Findy is a scanning aid and no app can guarantee detection of every device, so use it as one part of a careful sweep.
